    Hey team,

    The LinkedIn share button seems to be working inconsistently for me. On URLs I haven’t yet attempted to share, I get a message that says “Something went wrong; Refresh the page” with a “Try Again” button underneath. I’m wondering if there is a similar issue here to the Twitter one that was recently solved out.

    We can’t replicate exactly your issue and it’s not related with the one we fixed for Twitter/X.
    Could you please share a URL where you get the error so we can investigate further?

    Thanks for the quick turnaround with the reply! I got this sequence of errors logged to the console when attempting to share this post to LinkedIn:

    If it helps, the issue only seems to arise when I am already signed in and it does not prompt me to log in. Please let me know if you are able to replicate this.

    Hi Steve.

    We are able to reproduce the problem with your site but not with any other. The plugin seems to work ok in several WP installations we tested.

    We checked the LinkedIn Inspector Tool and your URL displays some errors. So it looks like it’s something related with LinkedIn (not our plugin). May be you can contact them to ask about it.

    I apologize for the misunderstanding. We realized it was due to an incorrect server configuration causing well-known bots to be blocked from performing basic requests.

    It is working for us now. Thank you for sharing the tool, as it was able to help us better understand the issue.
