Apologize for the misleading root cause, the actual issue is about the internet browser I am using, Firefox, doesn’t show add fields and field option tabs when creating the new post. Once I switched to use IE, it works well.
Note: my PC has some issue with Chrome.

It doesn’t have any console error logs showing, I installed only WordPress V5.1.1, twenty nineteen theme and activating only one plugin is WP user frontend. It still not working as “add fields” and “field options” are not showing as it’s broken since WordPress V5. I agree with this issue. Also try to test for several versions of WP user frontend, are broken the same.

I found another issue is if I didn’t login Facebook before, I have to login 2 times. First time has no error but it doesn’t logged in, the issue of authentication error is not about AUTH redirect URL because I have changed to use simple facebook login (WP Facebook login) for all sites, it works fine for every sites. thanks for your help.
