I want to use this pluging because I like it, but I don’t get support and I am desperate, I sent emails, forms, forum, but nobody help me, I don’t understand. I want to buy It, but my worry is if paying the support is going to be the same, so zero. I am going to look for youtube videos, and social medias to insert this message (Copy and paste) hoping for some help in anyway. My problem is:
“I set up TZ Plus Gallery, but I don’t get anysupport, I have been more than 20 days trying to get in conctact sending severals forms, emails, forums, social media, now by youtube channels, (more than 15 messagess sents) but It is incredible not answer, not support. My theme is default by wordpress but the plugins doesn’t work when you click in an album because it doesn’t show de content of the album with an infinite loading trying to load it. Seriusly I can’t understand there is not a support, because I want to buy It. I can’t understand neither that there is not other plugins similar (the others ones I founded you can only show the content of one album, but you can’t show a grill of albums)”

In reply to: [IDB Support Tickets] Don't show email user in the frontend list of ticketsThere is a problem because in the list of tickets the email is not showed, but is showed all emails when you enter to every ticket. So in every ticket will have to be deleted emails.

In reply to: [IDB Support Tickets] Don't show email user in the frontend list of ticketsI did It but IT DOESN’T WORK… Upgrade to version 4.7.31, then goto wp-admin > Support Tickets > Settings > Guests > Show guest email address in front end list > and set it to false.
