In reply to: [Members - Membership & User Role Editor Plugin] Issue with role levelsHey, sadly this is high volume store so we had to do a bypass with snippet https://developer.woocommerce.com/2018/10/11/woocommerce-3-4-6-security-fix-release-notes/
I will open new ticket if needed later.

In reply to: [Members - Membership & User Role Editor Plugin] Issue with role levelsHey, that’s a good advice. However I see that shop manager has level 9, position 0 and I increased it to level 9 and position 90 and the “customer” and their copies are level 0, position 0. Still shop manager can’t see all of them.
I verified this with couple different accounts which are in shop manager role.

In reply to: [User Role Editor] Weird issue with role levelsThe problem still exists.
Fair enough. Our customers are not buying premium versions of plugins for features which are not adding value and the language setting is not one of them in this case. They do not need any other features which are in the premium version. Thank you for the reply.

I would prefer not to share client URL here, is there another route?

In reply to: [iQ Block Country] PHP requirementsThank you for the revision, now it went fine.

In reply to: [iQ Block Country] PHP requirementsActually nobody can update to newer version since WordPress and all management services blocks the plugin update at wp-admin if the php requirements are not met. Only way to update is to manually update via FTP?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] An important update is required for WooCommerceSame issue here on all customer sites. Someone did github issue about it but it has not been acknowledged by Automattic yet.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Take responsibility of the bugThank you for your response and explanation.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Take responsibility of the bugWhat we know now:
- The plugin was fixed and version was not bumped
- The first post of the issue was 13 hours ago from this moment which was before afternoon Australia
- There was not a single forum post to even do in-place update
So lets leave it to that because everything else is just speculation. Have a nice day.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Take responsibility of the bugwp-cli update helps the people with one or couple sites but imagine doing that to dozens of different sites one by one instead of pushing new version from repository.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Take responsibility of the bug@pixolin I have spent enough time first today debugging and the fixing customers sites which costs money even the plugin is free hence the strong wording. Do note that this bug has affected so many sites with auto updates and at the time of posting this the author of the plugin has not responded to a single thread here for users with issues. It has nothing to whether the plugin is free or not. Standard practice is to acknowledge the issue and provide revised version with version bump so that people can update the plugin from their own admin or managed services. Currently you have to manually overwrite every instance where plugin is installed.
@jrevillini I am just asking for other users since I got my customers sites back already. Thanks for the tip since it could help others too.
