Seriously, give this a try, it is well worth it and I tried plenty alternatives. Quform, Contact 7, Caldera, Jot, Forms, Form Craft, Uniform, vCita and a few others I can’t remember and this is by far the simplext interface yet powerful enough to get the job done.
