Sirv support teamHello,
The Sirv plugin version 7.2.5 has an improved gallery layout which may be conflicting with your theme.
We estimate this issue will require 20-30 minutes to investigate and fix. Is there a staging site you can provide us Admin access to? Alternatively, we can do the necessary work on your live site during off-peak hours to minimize disruption. You can send us Admin login details via our secure customer support form.

In reply to: [Image Optimizer, Resizer and CDN - Sirv] So far So GoodHello again @kravegolf!
Can you please try again now? We have released a new version of the Sirv plugin, which gives more control to a wider variety of user roles.
It should perfectly meet your needs – if it doesn’t, please tell us so that we can make further improvements!
Thanks,
Dave

In reply to: [Image Optimizer, Resizer and CDN - Sirv] So fast. Great Backend – BUT …Thanks for requesting the ability to rotate 360 spins on mouse hover.
This was a rarely used feature in Sirv JS v2, so it wasn’t included when Sirv JS v3 was built. Instead, the user should drag the spin to rotate it. By leaving this feature out, it helped to reduce the total size of the JS script, so it loaded slightly faster.
However, hover-to-rotate has since been submitted as a feature request, so it might be added to v3 in the future!
Thanks for using Sirv.
Dave

In reply to: [Image Optimizer, Resizer and CDN - Sirv] So far So GoodHi @kravegolf! Which Role do you use? Superadmin, Admin, Editor, Author and Contributor roles can upload images. Please provide a screenshot of the ‘upload button in the product image menu’ issue you can see. We have a secure customer support form if you would like to send Admin login details.
Thanks!
We are very sorry to hear that the plugin didn’t meet your requirements. The plugin makes a copy of your images in your Sirv account – it doesn’t and cannot remove images from your WordPress Media Library, so images cannot be lost but whatever you experienced we can definitely solve for you. We have a dedicated support team who can quickly identify and resolve any issue.
Could you please email us via our form here https://sirv.com/help/support/#support and describe what happened and what your website URL is? If you send us a login to your WordPress admin, we should be able to identify and solve the issue within 2 hours.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
The Sirv Team
