Just wanted to explain a bit further. Looking at your code I see:

$this->title = $this->method_title = ‘Weight Based Shipping’;

I would like to have this title include the Shipping Zone. Is there a hook or some way this can be done?

Unfortunately you’re right, your site has been hacked. The list that Andrew Nevins provided will help you clean it up, or you can hire a service to clean it up for you.

You can find the WordPress version number by looking in the readme.html file in the root of your WordPress installation. Sometimes the file is renamed by security software so you might have to access it via FTP if you can’t open it through your browser.

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) refers to a method of uploading and downloading files to a website.

You can download Filezilla, a free FTP program that is really easy to use. It’s very similar to managing files on your own computer.

Then follow the directions the other posters have provided about disabling all your plugins using the FTP program, and hopefully that will give you access back into the site where you can start troubleshooting the problem by activating the plugins one at a time.

You set directory permissions using an FTP program like Filezilla.

If you right click on the directory from inside your FTP program, you’ll be able to choose “File permissions…” from the menu.
