Excluding the CookieYes Script from SG Optimizer Plugin with the suggested snippet did seem to do the trick, though I had to get to the file in a different way than outlined in the directions at the link above. There wasn’t a Theme File Editor available to me in the WordPress dashboard, so I had to find the correct file through the File Manager in the SG Site Tools. Thank you.

Lisa, I’m not quite sure how I fixed things, but it appears I did. I simply got back into the Genesis layout selector, searched for, and then clicked on the layout I had used in which I was having issues with the images. I swear that was all I did, and things were fine, then, across all instances of that layout. I have no idea why the small thing I did had the effect it had, but there you go!

OK. This may be helpful information: Looks like the “missing” images may all be in Patterns.

Unfortunately, the text is not just cut off for the contact form, at least on my laptop screen; it is cut off on the right-hand side in every section with text on the right side of the image. If I “ctrl-” a couple of times, that fixes the problem, but someone else viewing the site may not know or think to do that. I will look into the CSS customization … I’m not sure how much it was customized. Thanks.
