I second this request, although our team would prefer not to get an email (otherwise we could just use email for communication), but rather have a notification in the dashboard when a new message has been posted to a group they subscribe to.

Assuming you’re on a Mac, the problem that existed with 2.1+ and TinyMCE has been resolved (at least in my local testing).

I can now edit with Safari without line breaks being stripped when I save posts (FINALLY!).

It works fine for me on RC2, what exactly is failing for you?

I’ll just add one more request to this, since it deals with the same topic. The new media manager system is fantastic, but it’s missing one key feature for a lot of people, the ability to add watermarks to media that is uploaded. It would be great if we could specify a PNG or GIF in the settings, and then choose to have it applied to images when uploaded.
