In reply to: [Dynamic Conditions] ACF Image field shows as emptyI think it’s related to Optimized Control Loading in the Elementor Settings. If i disable this, the conditions work. Not sure if there is a way to make the conditions work with this setting enabled. Will leave disabled for now since it’s listed as a beta feature/experiment.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events imported with WP All Import not showingThanks. We will continue to wait until the Event Calendar or import plugin are updated to work with any type of import.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events imported with WP All Import not showingThank you for the instructions. However, the instructions are for exporting from one WordPress site and importing to another WordPress site.
However, our imports are automatically pulled every hour using a cron job and are pulled from an external XML file. I’m not sure how the instructions provided will help with these imports.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events imported with WP All Import not showingI deleted my old imports and deleted all old events on my staging site. I installed and activated the plugin. I created an event so I could use that to “detect fields” when creating the import. I created a new import (which uses an external XML file) to create new Events (see screenshot: https://nimb.ws/QmlvSU)
However, the new plugin seems to indicate it’s not a supported post type and is skipping the items found in the import. See screenshot: https://nimb.ws/IdjyVc

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events imported with WP All Import not showingI tried to rebuild the import in case any of the fields or field names changed for TEC. And what I noticed was that upon import, the events have a 404 error. And if I edit an event (simply opening the editor and clicking update), the event will show (at the same URL that had the 404 previously). I don’t know if that helps troubleshoot

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events imported with WP All Import not showingI just installed the latest version of the Events Calendar on a staging site. However, no imported events from WP All Import are showing except one that i had to open and update manually.

Do we need to redo our imports?

In reply to: [Spectra - WordPress Gutenberg Blocks] Plugin conflictThank you. Unfortunately, even updating the Spectra plugin does not solve the issue. I still have the same error when I try to apply a color to a block border, background, etc. I think we’ll have to wait for Social Warfare to address the issue.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events imported with WP All Import not showingI reached out as well and the answer provided was:
Unfortunately, we currently don’t have any plans to create an add-on for The Events Calendar to support their version 6 changes. They switched to custom database tables, which aren’t supported out of the box. We offered our assistance to The Events Calendar team so that they could build an add-on, but I don’t see that they responded.
So my question is:
Is there a way to uninstall The Events Calendar completely (100%) so that I can install the older version, add my events, and then update the plugin WITHOUT migrating those events?Thank you. It might be browser related. I’ve checked in another browser and appears to display fine.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Site in multi-site network not syncingHow do i identify fatal logs? The logs don’t seem to have “fatal” in them. Yet, the plugin still shows “initial sync in progress” from a week ago. I have submitted a ticket referencing this thread as well as including woocommerce system report, links to the classic automation that stopped working in September and the new Journey which has not worked at all, and a screenshot showing that the sync is stuck.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Site in multi-site network not syncingFYI 2 out of the three stores successfully sync’d already. The third is still stuck and won’t run the sync

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Site in multi-site network not syncingI have uninstalled and reinstalled and activated on each of the three sites and have attempted to connect again. Each is performing the initial sync currently. Though I can see that the two sites that were working appear to be finding coupons, products, and orders (see https://nimb.ws/7Asdlk) while the site with issues still appears stuck and not doing anything (see https://nimb.ws/MGB4Dr). I will check in tomorrow to see what the progress and status us. I have disabled the security plugin in case you are still able to take a look into this for us.
