In reply to: [Private groups] Groups I Didn't Create Appear After Latest UpdateOkay, the bug is still there.
What is interesting is that I had the Assign Groups To Roles tab open in anther browser tab. After downgrading the plugin I refreshed that tab and it showed the correct roles.
Yet after hitting “save changes” they all went back to the incorrect settings.
Perhaps I should delete my groups and start over?
Thanks. I had finally concluded something similar to that is the answer.
PlanSo looks pretty interesting. I’ll have to give that a test run.
Again, thank you.
Accounts do not expire on this site, thus no one would drop back to level 0.
This does not provide a way to upgrade an existing membership account.
How can a user upgrade their existing account?
You are welcome.
Since you haven’t posted anything more I hope that means you got it all worked out.
Hi. Check this link see if it helps you.
https://www.s2member.com/kb/levels-without-incremental-access/
Here is an actual example of how I’ve used it – and it seems to be working far as I can tell.
[s2If current_user_is(s2member_level4)] Level 4 Membership is not currently active. [/s2If] [s2If current_user_is(s2member_level3)] [bbp-search] [bbp-single-forum id=509] [/s2If] [s2If current_user_is(s2member_level2)] The Student Forums are not accessible by Graduates. Visit the PTOA Graduate Forum. [/s2If] [s2If current_user_is(s2member_level1)] Welcome to the PTOA Student Forum. Please read the PTOA Forum Rules before posting. This shows the forum to level 1 and 3 members, but not to level 2 members. Level 4 is not in use at all in this case.
Thanks much. I will check out the info at that link.
This is my 3 weeks late reply. ?? It’s been a busy month.

In reply to: [Scroll Triggered Box] Conflict with s2Member pluginYes, I looked and saw that function isn’t in there.
Regardless I have 2 sites with s2Memeber and your plugin. When I activate your plugin the error occurs. When I deactivate it the error goes away.
There is some connection some place.
I also just updated to v2.1 and the error is still present.

In reply to: [WordPress Related Posts] Another featured image not being displayed.Hiya. Thanks for the reply.
Hopefully the pintrest like theme will iron out in the future. It’s the one I like most.
As for centring the thumbnails, that worked. Thank you very much.
Hi all. Late response here but none the less…
The answer is that apply different fields to different membership levels is already built in. I just had to dig deeper and learn more about what s2member does and how it works.

Okay, so I’m dense. I have no idea how this helps.
Maybe I’m not being clear in my question. Let me attempt more detail.
I go to
general options -> registration/profile fields and options
I say I want “your favourite colour” to be a required field. I want this required for level 1 only. I create this.
Now I want to create a different registration form and have “your favourite animal” be a required field. I don’t want favourite colour on that form and this is only for level 2.
How do I create multiple registration forms? I think I have to start there before I can point different registration links to the different forms.
Do you mean
PayPal Pro-Forms -> Wrapping Multiple Shortcodes as ‘Checkout Options’
or am I in the wrong place.
Paypal. Sort of.
All membership levels are free. I’m following the method in this video:
Thanks – I need to be a bit more specific.
I would like different forms for each level.
I am unable to figure out where/how to create different registration forms and generate the resulting shortcode.
