Is it possible to add a cloud with the text “Welcome, click me to help you”? This is activated when the user hovers (the cursor) over the chatboot icon. Thank you.

Avatar/icon for Popup Window Chatbot, will not change, after selecting another icon/avatar. I did a page refresh and clear and preload cache with WP Rocket plugin.
