I’ve try as you say but the issue it’s with your plugin, let me explain.

The plugin “Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce” gives different rules for products like:

• Purchase product A, receive product B (for free).

I have 1 promotion like this:

• Purchase product A ($15) & receive product B ($10) for free

So, the subtotal for this order is $15 instead of $35.

On the other hand, with your plugin I manage shipping cost (based on amount purchased) like this:

• From $0 to $19 shipping cost: $5
• From $20 to $90 shipping cost: $3
  Here is where the issue apear.

While purchasing the promotion I’ve mention, the shipping cost should be $5 cause the subtotal for this order is $15, but the shipping cost amout is $3.
This makes me think that the calculation it’s made based on the product prices instead of the subtotal amount.

Please, I need help.

The events assigned are:

1. Run automation when an order status is processing
2. Run automation when an order status is complete

The filter is for the same product and the action it’s to send a email.

The “Send test” shows that the email was send correctly, but it didn’t really send.

I have tried with several emails but the test email does not reach any

I manage to solve this by myself, I explain my “solution” if anyone needs to achieve the same.

First I’ve change file “DraftOrders.php” locate on plugins/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-blocks/src/Domain/Services by removing when it creates the add_action “woocommerce_cleanup_draft_orders”, then increasing the time limite (1 DECADE) and change to false line 176 ($order->delete( false );).

Then I was able to remove the schedule action on wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=action-scheduler&status=pending

The event I’ve needed to erase/stop was always mark as pending (I’ve couldn’t delete before), now I’ve delete it so it won’t happen again.

I’ve wait and check that all the drafts still remains after 1 day, so it’s working fine.

I know it’s not the best idea to change the files from plugin, but I really need it a solution.

Hope you can improve this on future updates so users can delete directly events and not change core files.

It says: “there is a scheduled clean-up action that will automatically delete Checkout Drafts every 24 hours.”

Please, how can I stop this action to take place? I really need to keep the drafts orders.

I’ve update, try again and it’s sending the test, but the email I’ve recibed dosen’t have the unsubscribe link.

I’ve log into my database and search for option_name shopmagic_communication_account_page_id in wp_options table, but still theres is nothing.

Should I create manually that row?

I update the plugin but the problem persist.

If the option “Add unsubscribe link in the message footer” it’s selected and I try to send a test message it gives me the error:

Error: Call to undefined method WPDesk\ShopMagic\Customer\CustomerDTO::get_guest_id()

I’ve deactive and reactive the plugin and nothing happen, inside my db there’s no field named shopmagic_communication_account_page_id in wp_options table still.

What should I do?
