I do not know why, but now the images loaded on the library media seems to work.

I changed the permissions for the folders to 755, and 644 for images.
Obviously the downside is that the same images, if i load them via FTP at any sub-folder under /wp-content/blogs.dir/2/files, are not seen, even if they have 644 permissions …

At this point it seems clear that it is a link problem or address permalinks ..
i don’t know

I forgot to mention that I have already installed WP normally on the same hosting (bluehost) and it worked fine
