Hi,

I’d say IE6 doesn’t particularly like your layout — adding a huge header area. And there is a hilarious bug with ‘categories’ and ‘tags’ buttons at the bottom of every post — click them one after another a bit too quick and those areas start jumping up and down and wont ever stop :))

and I think post text should stand out a bit more to compete with all colorful surrounding elements, may be increase/change font

nice work.. I’d say green is too electric, but getting used to it after few minutes..

some remarks on pictures: main page header words ‘aquarium design’ may be too dimmed, can barely see it
and all them sections header pics you have there — how did you manage to get them so heavy.. over 120K each!! Just out of curiosity I’ve changed one to good quality jpeg and it worked out 35K. Think they should be changed.
overall it’s cool.. like the gallery

Quite like it from design point of view, and after looking at the code it turned out to be some interesting stuff going on there as well ??
So here is some constructive (I hope) criticism from me..

PNG’s — cool, but not for IE6, which means a lot of people will see this nice design not in it’s full glory. Can leave it like it is if you don’t mind, though there are some solutions for this. https://www.twinhelix.com/css/iepngfix/ – one of them

when i switch to english sidebar disappears — not finished yet or some bad php coding? And last article and advert on the right stay in german

Image map in header with hover effects — quite cool idea, but it’s not obvious at all for the user. I’ve only seen it in code view. May be make those areas stand out somehow.. not sure
