In reply to: [Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Order prefix from order languageThanks for contacting us about Sequential Order Numbers! I’m happy to help out ??
You can create a prefix, but there is only a single setting for this, so it can not be based on the language.
While this functionality is not currently available in our plugin, thank you for the feedback! We really appreciate you letting us know what’s important to you.
I’d love to know more about what your specific workflow is. The more information and context my team has about how you’d want things to work, the better.
Is there anything you can share with me about why this would be important to you and what problems this might solve for your business? Would language prefixes be the only tag you’d be interested in?
Please do let me know if you get a chance.
Cheers,

In reply to: [GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce] Critical Error on plugin update 1.3.2Hey @web4studio2019 ,
I worked with another merchant with the same fatal error in /godaddy-payments_off/vendor/firebase/php-jwt/src/JWT.php:211 . In their case, it turned out to be related to their theme.
Can you please briefly change to a default theme and try to activate the plugin and let me know if this helps?

In reply to: [GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce] Critical Error on plugin update 1.3.2Hey @web4studio2019 ,
Thanks for sending the URL. The OpenSSL error in godaddy-payments_off/vendor/firebase/php-jwt/src/JWT.php would indicate an issue with the certificate, though it doesn’t appear that the staging site is using SSL.
Did this error occur after updating GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce on the staging site, or were you installing the plugin for the first time?Cheers,

In reply to: [GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce] Critical Error on plugin update 1.3.2Hey @web4studio2019 ,
Thanks for sending the log file. There are some errors referencing OpenSSL in the log. I would like to take a look at the site directly, would it be possible to send the URL?

In reply to: [GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce] Critical Error on plugin update 1.3.2Hey @web4studio2019 ,
Prior to looking into this directly, would it be possible to send the details of the critical error and perhaps a System Status report? I would like to look over the details and see if I can determine what might be causing the critical error.
Cheers,

In reply to: [GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce] Critical Error on plugin update 1.3.2Hey @web4studio2019 ,
Thanks for reaching out for help with GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce.
I tested this on my site with PHP 8.1.13 and the latest version of GoDaddy Payments (1.3.4) and there were no errors when activating the plugin or processing a transaction.
Do you have the 1.3.4 version installed as well? Can you please let me know which version of PHP 8 you are using?

Thanks for contacting us about Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce! I’m happy to help out ??
We have indeed road-mapped getting HPOS support added for?all?of our plugins and are working on this process. We do plan to have support for HPOS?before?it is not an optional feature in August of 2023. I apologize that I don’t have a specific?date for you at this time. However, please keep in mind in the meantime, if you choose to add the optional setting in WooCommerce at this point, the plugins will be considered?beta?and could produce unexpected results. My recommendation would be to bookmark the changelog for Extra Product Sorting Options?to keep an eye on the version updates, as this will?be listed as a feature in a future update.
Would you please let me know if you have further questions?

In reply to: [GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce] Credit Card Entry Form Not LoadingHey @jtp311,
Thanks for contacting us about GoDaddy Payments. I’m happy to help out!
I took a look at the site and see that the fields aren’t showing. I checked some settings in the Console with the CSS though I still wasn’t able to get it to show.
To get started, would you please let me know if you have tested with a default theme such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty One to see if the credit card fields show with the default theme in place?

In reply to: [GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce] Mandatory fields are not being verifiedHey @uzmak777 ,
I did some further testing on a different clean test site and reproduced the issue you are seeing.
I’ve added this to our issue tracker for the developers to get this patched up. While I don’t have an estimated time for resolution right now, please know that our team is aware of the issue and will work to incorporate a fix into the plugin as soon as possible.
Thanks so much for reporting this! Is there anything else I can help out with?

In reply to: [GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce] Mandatory fields are not being verifiedHey @uzmak777,
I installed Astra’s Fashion Designer Free theme on my test site and attempted to complete the order without any information in the credit card fields. I received the “Missing card details.” message with the theme in its default settings and a standard WooCommerce Checkout page:
https://cloud.skyver.ge/Jruyv9XW
Is your Checkout page using the shortocode, or is it designed with a page builder, such as Elementor?
If you are using a page builder for checkout, can you please test this with a standard WooCommerce checkout page, using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode, and let me know if this helps?
Cheers,

In reply to: [GoDaddy Payments for WooCommerce] Mandatory fields are not being verifiedHey @uzmak777,
Thanks for the details on this, very helpful!
I tested this on my test site with just GoDaddy Payments and WooCommerce active. On Checkout, I left all credit card fields empty and received the message “Missing card details.” at the top of the Checkout page. I tested with just some of the fields filled out and had the same result, which is what should be happening on your site.
It might be that a conflict is responsible for this issue, so I’d like to try to rule out a theme conflict first.
Would you please temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Nineteen, and let me know if the issue persists? If it does persist, not to worry, I’ll have some other troubleshooting steps for you to follow.
If swapping themes does resolve the issue, it would appear to be a theme conflict.
Would you please let me know how the theme switch went?
Cheers,`
Steve
