In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] Please add Google PayHey @kosmikkreeper ,
Thanks so much for reaching out and letting us know this feature is important for your business!
I understand your point here and our team is considering this feature request seriously. Having said that, we do prioritize new features based on the number of merchants seeking similar functionality and are constantly working on adding new features and enhancements to our many plugins.
At this time we haven’t received enough requests to add Google Pay to our upcoming roadmap for PayPal Powered by Braintree but our product team is constantly reviewing enhancement requests and prioritizing tasks for our developers to work on next, so this may make it to the roadmap in the future!
Thanks so much for sharing your really valuable feedback with our team. Could I help you with any other questions?
Cheers,

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Can’t connect to Facebook after upgradeHey @farhadomarmotechwa ,
Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce! Sorry to hear our plugin is giving you trouble. I am happy to help out ??
As you have tried to change the id in the options.php and that didn’t help, there are a few other things to take a look at:
- Your pixel, catalog, and Facebook extension must all be under the same Business Manager account.
- Your site’s timezone setting must be set to something other than UTC+0 (WordPress > Settings > General)
- Your site’s currency must be supported by Facebook
Can you please double check these three things and let me know if any of them get you connected to Facebook?
Cheers,
SteveHey @tbogardus ,

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] woocommerce connecting to Facebook!Hey @mfarrag2050 ,
Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce! I am happy to help out ??
We often see this issue come up when there are non-ASCII characters in the page title. I took a look and noted that there are some non-ASCII characters in the title of the site. This data gets saved to Facebook in a field called wc_facebook_external_business_id and we will want to change this to see if it allows your connection to Facebook to complete successfully.
There is a method to change this within the site itself, so let’s start by trying out the steps to change this to see if it helps:
- Go to https://www.SITENAME.com/wp-admin/options.php
- Search for wc_facebook_external_business_id
- In the field next to it, change the data in that field to just the basic title of the page without any extra characters in place.
- Scroll to the bottom of this page and click Save Changes.
- In some cases, the data may not be saved due to larger databases and / or PHP settings, so after saving this, locate the wc_facebook_external_business_id field again and verify that the changes in place did save.
Once this is done, can you please try to connect to Facebook again and let me know if you get any further in the connection process?

@gp06103 please try the same steps, but change the https://www.sitename.com/wp-admin/options.php URL to match your URL.
Once this is done, can you please try to connect to Facebook again and let me know if you get any further in the connection process?

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Error when clicking “Manage Connection” buttonHey @youngsquad
Thank you for the additional information. I am unclear still if there is an error message that happens when you click manage connection. Is there an error message? If there is, can you please send the text of the error message?

It is currently not possible to assign a default variation to be displayed on the shop page. As we recently updated to version 2, we have been working on the connection piece, but we are working with Facebook at this time to get this ability added to a future version of the plugin.
So while I’m not sure when an exact release including this feature will arrive, it’s definitely on our radar!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook for WooCommerce connection issueHey @aglaiasrl
Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce! I am happy to help out ??
Just to clarify, when you try to connect, the new window appears asking if you want to migrate. Once you click the button, you mentioned that the page loads in a wrong way. Can you please give me some more details on this? Is the new window just closing, are you being directed to another page, are there any errors?
Any additional details will help to determine what the issue might be here ??
