In reply to: cant remove a widget from the sidebari changed that. when i hit refresh, the change was still there, which was promising. but then when i hit delete to delete that widget from the sidebar, it removed it like it should, but then when i hit refresh, it came back….

In reply to: cant remove a widget from the sidebarup until last nite, every time i changed the widget (added a link to a town for its landing page), the page would refresh automatically with the change when i loaded the page.

In reply to: cant remove a widget from the sidebarno im not using a caching plugin. Im using godaddy hosting like I do on all my sites. Odd thing is, this just started to happen. I was adding links to each of the towns for landing pages, and all of sudden when i tried to add a link to one of the towns, the html i was entering in to the widget wouldnt stick.
After doing some reading, some people said there is a 3000 character limit on the widget, so i thought that was the problem. but now I can even delete the widget….

In reply to: cant remove a widget from the sidebarok, as an additional piece of info to troubleshoot this. I just tried dragging a plugin from the inactive area to delete it. i also dragged items from an inactive sidebars section on the widgets page to delete them. they all disappeared from their sections as they should have. but when i refresh the page, they’re back…its as if i cant edit any of the widgets.
Also, I have cleared my cache and rebooted my computer.
