Nevermind….I was able to set this user as the author of both pages….thanks.

Hi Vasyl- I enabled ‘edit others pages’ for this one user, but now that user has access to ALL the pages. I went to the ‘Posts & Pages’ tab for the user and found the page I want him to have access to. I checked ‘list’ and ‘edit’ under the ‘BAckend’ header, but he still has access to ALL pages.

What an I missing here?

Still not ideal, but I added

<?php echo print_wp_shopping_cart(); ?>

to the sidebar template. I’d prefer that the cart doesn’t show when empty, but I’m not sure how to do that using this method.

I am still having the problem of the widget not showing up. I’ve updated WP to 4.3, and the plugin to the newest version. I use the widget as the only ‘cart’ or ‘checkout’ (ie I don’t use a full cart page), so it’s absolutely necessary that it show up. I checked the code posted above, and it seems correct on the site. Any ideas?

Thanks- I already did these things. Actually, my client doesn’t want to use the pop-up now anyway…so, although unresolved, I don’t need to worry about it anymore. I do like the plugin though, and would like to use it in the future…hopefully I’ll get it going at that time.

Hi, it was a Petfinder config issue. I had my client check their settings on Petfinder, whatever they did, it resolved the issue. I assume that they were not sharing data with third parties are you mentioned. Thanks for much for your assistance!

I’m building a site for a shelter now, and using the Petfinder plugin. The plugin displayed results initially, but for quite a while now, I get the ‘Petfinder is down for the moment. Please check back shortly.’ message on my widgets and shortcodes. I read through this post, and tried to implement the php.ini fix, but that did not work. I then changed my settings to another shelter (mine is VT07, and I tried NY201), and I did get results. I’ve gone back and forth changing these settings, and the NY102 works everytime, and VT07 never works. I also tried VT007 and was unsuccessful. So, I know that my host is not blocking results, and it seems there’s some issue with my particular shelter id. I checked on Petfinder.com to make sure I’m using the correct id, and I am.

Help?

OK, just wanted to see if there was any additional functionality I could squeeze out of it with a EM specific theme.
