THIS IS MY SITE. I am requesting for help because the plugin is not working as it should. Last week it was working fine, accepting all the data inputing in the fields properly. Now, it is not working properly.

Your answer doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. “Please never ask for credentials.” What credentials? My customer’s phone number is required for shipping procedures. I have no idea what on earth you are talking about! What credentials are you referring to?

Please clarify! I’m beyond annoyed with your answer, not only it is not helpful, IT IS CONFUSING AS HELL! What ARE YOUR TALKING ABOUT?

I need the plugin to collect the data that I need for shipping procedures, address and phone number. The plugin is not collecting the phone number data.

Can someone who knows what they are doing provide some answer to this?!

I have turned off the shipping zone to show you the test sample sale. But I have to turn back on the shipping zone, for my customers to be able to buy. So when you are logging in, you will see that the shipping zone has been re-activated.

But it maybe that I have set up the weight base shipping incorrectly, because it is not reading it, when I do the test purchase.

It looks like the weight base shipping settings I have set up is not even being read properly. Can you login and see what I did wrong?

I just want it to display the correct shipping options, instead of a long list of shipping options confusing the customers. I thought installing your plugin will solve this issue (after I have disabled the shipping zones), but it is still doing it. So, I don’t know what it is going on. Do you know why it is showing all these shipping options? I have done it for Canada & US, where it is disabled in the shipping zone, but only active for weight-based shipping. But it is still showin all the options from weight based when it should only display one option for the correct weight of the products.

I have already disabled all the shipping rules and left only the weight-based shipping rules. It shill produces the same results. Can’t you login and do some tests and let me know what’s going on?

It’s in the title and post that my challenge is to get the images centered. Yes, I’ve used HTML. I’ve used the centre tags and the “aligncenter” that is default in WP and it is still not making the changes.

Only thing I haven’t tried is the div class.

Yes, I’ve changed the theme and the problem is gone. I believe it is related to the Welcome mat changes that has been implemented. It’s causing coding conflict.

Can you please point out the errors that it is producing?

By the way, this is really slow support.

You could have gotten back to me with answer on how to do it both ways, if you weren’t sure. Now, let me guess, I have to wait another 24 hours to get what I need answered.
