Thanks so much! I added that CSS and it worked! Except that my Search box disappeared…

Actually, the footer bar is white and the text is black, but the text has a grey background that I want to get rid of…

THANK YOU!! I can do this for the bottom, too, right (except change it to footerbarmenu)?

Ok…now where are my Homepage Control widgets? I’m trying to add Product Categories to my main/front page…
Also, how do I change the colors to my footer menus? The options are grey. All I want, throughout this entire website, is a pain white background with photos and black font/text.
I think the more I do, the more I mess it up. GRRRRR…..
THANK YOU for any help you may offer!!!!

    …topbar is black….

Hi! My topper is black with white text, icons, etc. I would like it to be white with black text, icons, etc. Can I add this CSS above and just change the colors?
    Thanks so much!

How do you get rid of page titles/menu in the topbar, please? Also, I want to make the topbar white with black icons, search box, etc? I’d like my entire front website to be white…
    Thank you!
PS- Thanks for this info above as I also want mine to be on the right side.

Thanks so much, Hannah! I added this CSS to the Custom CSS in the Advanced Settings section. How can I change the background to white and make the icons black? I would like for my entire website to be white, no colored sections or anything… I’m going to play with the colors…
    Thanks so much!

Also… where did my WooCommerce go? That cart and search box?

Thank you so much, Hannah! Where do I add that CSS? I’m supposed to add some other CSS (to verify) to the Home page, but I don’t even see where that is. I don’t see any CSS in my home page (I’m using a child version).
I’m thinking that I should just buy the premium theme. It’s about $50 and, if it will make this easier for me, it is well worth it….????
I’ve been reading about SEO and it absolutely terrifies me. Because I don’t really know what I’m doing and there is so much information. I do better when I SEE examples, too (I’d give just about anything to speak to a person). For instance, my products do not need a 300 word description and to come close to that, I’m just adding unnecessary words. My SEO is not that great and I really don’t understand HOW to make it better for my products.
Placing things where I want them is easier with the premium version, too, right? There is a drag and drop with that one, isn’t there?
I was just reading about verifying my site. I’m supposed to add some CSS, but I don’t even know where. I don’t have the Home page CSS, or at least not that I see (I created a child version of this theme).
I am frustrated and extremely overwhelmed and am losing money every day that I don’t have my website running, so I’m stressed on top of it.
Weebly is so much easier, but not as good, I know. But I feel like the Premium version will make building this similar to building in Weebly, right? Because I can handle that. ??
Anyway, I guess I’m ranting a bit and I apologize. I wish I was smarter with this. I’m sorry to all of you that I’m not. I know I am frustrating. Thank you for being so patient with me!

    Hi!
I’ve been working on my website today trying to get the layout the way I want it. I’ve added the social icons, the WooCommerce search box, and the cart to the top (I’d like it to be above my logo, at the very top of the website), but they’re not showing up. I set my cache to where it would clear every time anything is revised. Also, I deleted some of my pages for the footer menu, but they’re still showing up. I’d also like to delete that very bottom menu, the one with the pages across the bottom, next to the copyright. How do I delete these items (I’d like to keep the copyright)? What am I doing wrong?
Thanks so much for your help!

Why do I have two menus at the top? Is that a plug-in? I don’t know why there are two or where to go to get rid of one of them (preferably the black one).
Also, is there a way to see your changes as you’re doing them or do you have to reset the cache every time you make a change?
    Thanks!

Gotcha! So, whatever changes I make with the regular/parent theme (using their menu, not custom CSS) will stay if they update? Or will I have to re-do it if/when they update? I just thought you needed a child theme to make changes that would stay even if/when the theme is updated. But probably that’s just custom CSS changes that they’re talking about. I mainly did the child theme just to be safe. But maybe that was unnecessary.
I haven’t cleared the cache yet, but will. I will play with it in a bit and figure some things out. ??
    Thank you SO much!
