    Hello. Thanks so much for your help, Amanda! I’m still having problems, though. I have found my Shipping Preferences, but don’t see where they are set up (in my Paypal account). So basically, I don’t know how to get to my Paypal shipping calculations. I’ve followed the link and…

    * Log in to your PayPal Account. DONE
    * Next to your name, select Edit Profile. NO “EDIT PROFILE” OPTION
    * Under Selling Preferences, select Shipping Calculations. CAN’T FIND/DON’T SEE
    * Under Domestic Shipping Methods, check the Shipping Method Box
    * Click on View
    * On the next page, look for “Override Shipping Methods Per Transaction”. It should be “ON”
    * If not, you need to Edit your settings.
    * Look for “Use the shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator’s settings:”
    * Select “Yes”
    * Save changes

    What do you mean “change”… Uninstall WooCommerce? I deactivated “WooCommerce Services” and reactivated it. Now, how do I know if this worked without purchasing and paying for shipping (to see what actually makes it to Paypal)?
    Thank you!
    Also, I was using Stripe and they switched to MX, which I have had nothing but problems with. Is there a better credit card payment plugin/system? Or maybe I should only accept Paypal if they/whoever can get this issue fixed….???
    Thanks so much again!

    Hello! Ok, so the child theme does not work, it looks awful. I really just want my site to stay the way that I have made it. What can I do to keep these updates from changing my settings? I’m regenerating my photos, but don’t want to have to every single time they update…
    Thank you so much!

    Thank you again SO much! Let me see if switching to the child theme works. I’ll let you know and either ask another question or close the topic. ??

    Thank you so much, Zach! You know what? I’ll bet that the update messed it up. That’s why I was using a child theme (to keep my website the same way that I made it), but was told that I didn’t need to. But I’m thinking that I should use one to keep this from happening because, now that I’m thinking about it, this started happening about when I switched from the child to the parent theme…. So using the child theme is the best thing to do?
    Thank you again so much!

    Geez, it has happened again…why?!! I DO NOT want my images cropped! If I wanted them that size, I would have made them that size. So, what, if anything, am I doing wrong?
    Thanks.

    Hi Jesse. Thank you so much for telling me about this! So, it looks great! I will look more into it tonight. It looks as though it will automate the taxes and help with shipping, too, which is great. Thanks again so much and I’ll definitely check into it in more detail!

    Thanks so much, Ryan! I don’t have a list of the cities (I know I could get one) and am afraid that there may be a TON of them to list. Will WooCommerce make this easier by adding counties at some point?
    I was going to just add the zip codes. But the issue is that some of the zip codes have different tax rates, so if I put that zip code in, I need more than one rate…
    Thank you Ryan so much for your help!!

    Hello! Here’s the screen shot. Thanks so much! It looks as though, for whatever reason, it is not truly saving the changes as the Save Changes button is cleared out. As I mentioned before, it will save them once, but then this….
    Thanks so much!

    Hi Hannah! Thanks so much! I have Safari and couldn’t post the screenshot…

    “Standard” tax rates

    Country code-US State code-SC Postcode / ZIP-I left blank City-my city is here Rate %-9.0000 Tax name-Sales Priority-1 Compound-blank Shipping-blank
    Insert row Remove selected row(s) Export CSV Import CSV

    Save changes-this is not an option/you cannot click on it. I’ve deleted the row and added the row and when I’ve done that, it will allow me to Save Changes. I get the spinning wheel, but the Save Changes box stays blank… So I don’t think that it’s really saving, even though it saved the changes enough to delete my previous tax rate.
    Again- thank you!!

    I hope this helps and I’m sorry that I can’t post the screenshot!

    Oh! Also, The Calculate Tax Based On is set to Customer Billing Address. I did not change that and it has always worked before…
