I have exactly the same problem. NextGen has been working for some time very well and all of a sudden it stopped. I ran your new test and it said plugin/theme conflict. I switched the site to Twenty-Ten, deactivated all of the plugins, reactivated NextGen first and it still didn’t work. Still said I had a theme/plugin conflict but the only plugin was NextGen on TwentyTen.
I was running 3.1 WP and had no problems. Just switched to 3.1.1 to see if that might help but it didn’t.
I hate to have to change plugins but since this is an active site, I may not have a choice. The client want it working.
I can’t use it on another site also but not I don’t think I’ll deactivate the plugins on that one since it didn’t seem to work on this one.
What’s happening? I’ve never had problems with this plugin until recently. This happens regardless of the browser I’m using.

In reply to: Recurring EventsThat did it! Thanks so much!! I really appreciate the quick response.
If you’re looking for new features, it would be really great to hover over the date and see the event pop-up versus having to click.
This is a great plugin and I will be changing out a few calendars on client accounts.
Again, thanks

In reply to: Recurring EventsCorrection:..not sure if it make a difference. It’s the Wed. event that shows, not the Sun.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Recurring EventsI edited the file but the same thing happens. I tried deleting and adding it back in at the page level but it still on shows only the Sun event.
Thanks,

In reply to: Recurring EventsThanks…I appreciate it.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Recurring EventsThanks….I have it enabled for post and pages. I’m using the Calendar Event widget and in the page I have [ftcalendar_thumb]
I have selecte color label.
For the calendar I have created two events. Each one is a repeating event. One is on Wed evenings for 2 months and the other is on Sunday morning for two months. I’ve done this before with no problem. Just since this last upgrade I only get one event on the calendar.
I think that’s it for the settings.
True, but manually making the change is better than having no site at all. Hopefully, the plugin developer will fix it soon.
This is really strange. I’m having the same problem and I’ve done nothing to the site. I’m running WP 3.0.4 and NextGen Gallery 1.7.4 Everything was working fine. All I did was add a new album and now I can’t add a Gallery or Album via the visual editor.
I tried adding the shortcode manually but even though it shows the album I still can’t click on the album to see the slideshow.
Since I haven’t changed the site at all I find this behavior odd.
Any word on any fixes?
I had found the following article What’s Wrong With the WordPress Redirection Plugin This totally fixed my issues in both cases.
Thanks…I will take a look at the video though.

In reply to: Problems loggin in but only as AdminCan’t believe I’m still dealing with this problem. Any more suggestions?
I’ve had similar problems. I had it on a site for over one year and it was working fine. All of a sudden it started redirecting everything to the last page I did. When I deactivated it, then things were fine.
I just did another site that had only 2 redirections on it. All of a sudden I noticed that shortly after I added a cForms it started redirecting to the cForms I had just added.
After checking back to the other site I noticed that the page had a pdf download. The new page also had a pdf download on it.
This got me to looking. I use a WP Download Monitor plugin on both sites. Tonight I will be doing some testing to see if there might be a conflict between those two plugins. I’ll report back

In reply to: Problems loggin in but only as AdminI renamed the plugin folder to oldplugins and then moved each plugin over one at a time to a new directory and tested each time. I’ve had to do that on other sites.
I know it isn’t a cookie problem because I’ve had to do a re-install of Windows 7 during the past month and it continued to happen. Plus it happens on any computer I’m on not just mine.
I just find it strange that it’s only the admin one. I’ve changed the names and passwords, gone into the database and even changed from there. The new password only works once and then I start all over again.

In reply to: Problems loggin in but only as AdminI haven’t upgraded to 3.1 yet. I actually have to request a new password and then it only works the one time. Very strange.

In reply to: Problems loggin in but only as AdminAs I said earlier, I’ve eliminated a plug-in conflict. Did that first.

I’m going to check the .htaccess file again. Maybe I missed something?
