That is what I thought. Go over to Zoho.com and sign up for a new account for Australia.
I guarantee you the TDL is zoho.com.au
Not even Zoho chat support were aware. It’s brand new, and support for the .com.au TDL is mostly unsupported, so I have signed up again as a US customer, then gone back and changed everything to AUS.
Just an FYI, as I don’t need the .com.au support anymore, but I have a feeling you will be asked more and more moving forward.
