We did some additional tests on our test environment and can’t reproduce the issue. We forwarded the case to bpost team in charge of SHM for further investigation.

Hello, our test environments run Woocommerce 3.5.4 and it works fine.

We never got this error message before.
Do you get on it front-end part of the site or on the admin-part ? Where does it appear ? For ex: checkout page, within SHM, order confirmation page, Woocommerce order overview admin page, order details admin page ?

Do you use mollie or stripe plugin as payment mode ?

There has been a problem this week-end, can you please re-encode and re-save your coniguration settings ? Issue is now fixed.
