We identified a problem with zip code format… Busy checking …

If I summarize, you face 3 problems :
– you face a neverending loading screen at the end of the bpost shipping method selection in the SHM
– shipping costs at checkout are not the right ones according to your SHM configuration and/or your free shipping configuration
– you can select a country not supported by bpost and enter the SHM

Is that right ?

Indeed bpost shippping fee should be (vanaf) 0€ if customer qualifies for it… We’ll have a 2nd look at the issue.

Hi, we have a fix ready. We are now busy testing & validating it.

Indeed: WC Free Shipping is a “type” of shipping method. bpost shipping is another type of shipping method.
If people select WC Free Shipping, they won’t be redirected to bpost.
