Please note that bpost shipping costs are supposed to be totally neutral towards the Woocommerce VAT settings.
Meaning: whether you decide to apply VAT or not on shipping costs, the price displayed is always (unless bug…) the one you defined in SHM backend.

Hi, when you change prices in the SHM backend, you need to save ‘twice’ :
– first: save & quit the pop up where you encoded the price for the several weight ranges (click “ok”)
– second: “save the configuration” page

We will issue a v1.0.20 today. It fixes the bug for the payment page on mobile device.
Can you please retest then and especially check whether you do not face any “conflict” with iDEAL plugin ?

Hello, here is the root cause of the issue and how to fix it.

Cause: you have to define a valid default sender address in the SHM backend.
In your case following data is missing: city, street, nr.

Solution: go into SHM backend and fill in missing info.

bpost understands your idea, but this is unfortunately not possible. bpost enables to use or not the date picker. If it’s not possible to deliver on time due to payment delayed (bank transfer), it’s the responsibilities of the merchand to inform the client that the expected delivery date is under condition (payment received).

SHM backend can’t accept that price begins at 0 grams, but we are working on a workaround at Plugin-level so that you don’t need to input the weight AND that the shipping fee is correctly retrieved.
