    You mean :
    – in the settings of the plugin you defined a “nice cart amount”
    – on the customer side, in the checkout page, we show “bpost shipping (free)”
    – once the customer clicks on ‘next’, a window loads; showing the delivery methods available with bpost
    – after selecting a method, on the upper part of the popup, in the grey zone, appears a delivery fee

    Is that it ?
If not, please correct; if yes: can you please send us the URL of your site and confirm how to reproduce the bug ?

    Thanks beforehand.

In fact the part of the string “bpost shipping” can’t be changed because that’s the name of the plugin.
It can change only if Belgian Post asks to change it.
We ask them if they wish to do so.

We are busy preparing a release with NL and FR translations. It will be published on Monday Dec 21st.

    Hi,

We do not think it is possible for the following reason: we do feed the bpost shipping manager backend when, on front-end side, you’ve left screen 3 and encoded payment details right after.
Meaning: only orders encoded on front-end are sent towards bpost shipping manager backend.

If, from your Woocommerce backend, would like to feed the bpost shipping manager backend to generate labels in “batch”; we advise you to export your orders from Woocommerce and then load them into bpost backend shipping manager using the “load CSV” feature.

    Best regards,
    SL
