@wilky76 can you please fill out the details in the blue beacon in the bottom right corner of the feed edit page in question, this will give me more details about your options and system info so I can assist in debugging further.
@wilky76 Try going to the feed edit page in question and check to see if there is an error message about your access token. Usually, that message only appears if the token has expired or someone has changed the password for the Instagram account. For additional assistance please also fill out the details in the blue beacon in the bottom right corner of the feed edit page in question, this will give me more details about your options and system info so I can assist in debugging further. Thanks for submitting the additional info @jbuch209. It does appear you retrieved that access token over 8 months ago and a few permission from Facebook have changed since then. Try creating a new feed and getting a new Access Token. Then place the new shortcode in place of your old one you have on the front end of your website. Lets try that and see if it fixes the problem.

We recently just survived Hurricane Milton here in Bradenton, FL so it’s been a bit hectic to say the least.I’ve noticed that Facebook has put what appears to be a 12 hour expiration time on photos. Try going to the Settings page of our plugin and choose 1 Hour for the cache time. Then save the settings and afterwords click the clear cache button. Let me know if that helps.

I believe some browsers and even Facebook blocks the Likebox do to privacy reasons now. It used to be that you had to be logged into Facebook for them to appear but I have noticed inconsistencies in recent years.

Thanks for reaching out and checking out our plugin. I can understand how it can be confusing to set up multiple feeds at first glance. If you want to create more than one feed you have to click the button or menu option that says “Add New Feed”. Then choose the feed you want and add your options. Then when finished you add the shortcode to whatever page or post you need to display the feed on.
I understand you created an API key for YouTube and are still having some trouble getting it setup. After you have create a New feed and have the API key saved and added your YouTube options, if it’s still not working please use the blue beacon in the bottom right corner of that page. This will send me your system info and feed options so I can take a closer look and help debug the problem. Don’t worry we’ll get you sorted ??
