Sorry your having troubles. We understand your frustration. It’s actually not in our control right now this is due to Facebook removing acces to events API and frustratingly have flicked it on and off past couple of weeks.

Unfortunately all plugins that had event apis will no longer work at this time. They have said they may give access back in the future but havent told us when that will be.

Anyways thanks for using our plugin until this happened!

1. Example link to the problem, and please point out the post that appears to be missing.
2. Report from the System Info Page of our plugin.
3. The shortcode you are using.

Took a look and the project board page looks great but for some reason your site is adding /blog/ before our custom post type /designs/ so the url should look like https://sunmyke.com.ng/studio/designs/order001/ but looks like this currently https://sunmyke.com.ng/studio/blog/designs/order001/

Do you have some custom rewrite rules in place or something? If not it may be a plugin conflict. Try turning off all other plugins and see if the problem persists, if it still persists try changing themes momentarily.

Generally we see this happen because a firefox extension is prohibiting the thumbnails from showing. Look through your extensions and turn them off until the thumbnail shows up.

We would need to see your id for instagram to really figure that issue out. are you sure you don’t have your account set to private or something? Also a link to the example page in question would be helpful too. Thanks!

Can you please submit the help page info on here so we can better debug the problem. We did just do a MAJOR update. We did test this multiple times on multiple server environments so we are 99% sure it is working. But there is always that 1%. We would be glad to help you out though.

1. Is this your first attempt at using our plugin?
2. What hosting company are you using?
3. Did you try and use the sendmail option only.
4. Did you try and delete the plugin and reinstall and try again?
