Go to the Smooth Slider settings page ==> Basic Settings tab ==> Miscellaneous section ==> and add the following CSS lines in the “Custom Styles” box available in this section.
.smooth_nav {bottom:60px !important;z-index:999 !important}
After that you may need to reduce the height of the slider as per your requirement.
