I fixed the padding by tweaking the css some more (I’m not a coder)

This is what’s working for me now:

aside#text-2.widget.inner-padding.widget_text {
    padding-top: 0px;
    padding-bottom: 0px;
    padding-right: 0px;
    padding-left: 0px;
}

Hi Liam, well I thought with the plugin being able to adjust what the serps look like (title, meta description) maybe there’s a function that can adjust what the date looks like.

Thank you so much for helping me out. I could uninstall the Social Sharing toolkit plugin, but I really need the Yoast SEO plugin.

So I’m looking for a setup with the Yoast SEO plugin combined with social media share buttons that work ??

Could you tell me what to do?

What would be the best approach?

Sorry if this is a noob question, but really don’t know much about the Open Graph thing.

I’ve tried deactivating Yoast SEO plugin, so ther would be only Open Graph tags for the Social sharing toolkit, but this dosn’t solve the sharing issue.

I’ve tried deactivating both Yoast SEO and Social Sharing Toolkit an activating NextGEN Facebook Open Graph, so there’s only 1 type of Open Graph tags as you can see here now:

Unfortunately this still doesn’t fix the Linkedin problem. Send to Facebook is still fine.

I went back to 2.2.1. Tried everything to get the thumbs to show up in the new version, but didn’t work. 2.2.1 works fine.
