I may be mixing apples and pcs, but there are commercial theams and modules for the open source ‘Joomla’ CMS. I can’t afford to get any of them, but it helps me knowing that when I can they will be out there. I love what I can do with WordPress, but wouldn’t that be extended if there could be commercial theams and plugins?
Thanks, Scott Newkirk

In reply to: MUST I LEAN HTML AND CSS?No, you are not required to know HTML or CSS. You can create an excelant site without even knowing what the code looks like (see wordpress.com) . But… it is not that difficult to hack at bits and pieces of the theams and css to create a site you can call you own. WordPress is a great package.. It Just Works!

In reply to: HELP! Blank Screen!!!This has happened to me twice now..
I have a CMS home page, WordPress as a part of the site, and a second install of each for testing. There have been times when I chould not bring up any “.php” site. The problem was with my webhost. The second time this happened I contacted them and they said they were having problems with the (my) server. Once those problems were resolved my site(s) were back.
Still don’t know WHAT the exact problem was, but it was on the hosting side.
