Apparently the phone number on the site was left over from a previous company that owned Porthas. That is why it was being redirected to strange recipients. I am satisfied now after finding an alternate way of speaking to them by phone, that they are not a scam. My issues with importing using the free version were a tech glitch by Porthas, but they provided me with a work around that was satisfactory. Thank you.

I am interested in this to. I added the Megu Menu plugin to produce nice menus BUT the mobile version seems to be retained and overlaps my Mega menu. Advice?

Please explain further… our Wordfence security plugin is catching a lot of requests for https://www.frontiertactical.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/img/loading-master/default.svg (a 404 page) is this a hack attempt?

I think you misunderstood my question. If I use the plugin to remove query strings (if I check this option), and this causes something to break on my site, can I just add the query strings back by unchecking that option.

Is the plugin smart enough to reverse the changes it made?

sounds like a permalink issue…maybe the plugin overwrote your .htacess file?

If you FTP in or use File Manager to access the site’s root (for example public_html) do you see a time/date stamp on the .htaccess that matches the time/date you installed the plugin? If so you might need a copy of your old/previous .htacess file.

Can you call your web host to see what the latest backup they have is?

I try to do my own backups before installing plugins…
