I have the same issue, Page content is showing up at the very top of my blog using ver.3.3.2, the newest one. It was doing the same in the prior version. It only shows on pages, not posts. However, I didn’t start noticing it until about the same time I started using w3tc plugin. Could it be a caching problem? Also I wonder if you (nutlog13) have experienced any pages not showing up in the admin>pages>All Pages? If so, it could be a related problem.

Wouldn’t the FD Feedburner Plugin work for that? It redirects your feed URLs to the url you insert in the form. It just assumes you are redirecting traffic to feedburner feeds?
