    Hi,

I use ShopEngine to customize my checkout page with Elementor.

I also use the YITH Custom Thank You Page for WooCommerce plugin to create custom thank you pages.

however, when ShopEngine is enabled, the thank you page is overlaid by the checkout page template. the URL is correct, the server returns an OK response (code 200), however the checkout page template overlays.

Do you have any idea how to resolve this conflict?

    tks

  • Hi zedomingues,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m trying to reproduce the checkout page and the Yith custom thank-you page issue, but it worked fine.

I would request that you run a conflict test to find the actual cause of the issue.

Reset Permalinks: Follow this video to reset permalinks by selecting a random structure, saving, then selecting the previous link and saving again.

Theme Conflict: Switch to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor. If the issue persists, it may be related to the theme.

Plugin Conflict: Deactivate all plugins except Elementor, ShopEngine, and the YITH Custom Thank You Page plugin. Activate them one by one to identify any causing conflicts.

If you do not find any errors, please provide information on how you reproduced the feature on your website. We’ll try to deeply inspect and find the cause. Also, please share your system information from Dashboard > Elementor > System Info.

We are looking forward to your response. We’d like to help.

    Regards

    Ikbal

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

Reset Permalinks: I did the permalink reset procedure, but the error remains

Theme Conflict: I’m already using the Hello Elementor theme, however, I changed it to the default WP theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) and the error also remains.

Plugin Conflict: I deactivated all plugins except: Elementor, ShopEngine, WooCommerce (you forgot that one) and YITH Custom Thank You Page, but the error also remained.

the site is still in a test version, so I will upload a new version again and install only the necessary plugins (Elementor, ShopEngine, WooCommerce and YITH Custom Thank You) and redo the test. what do you think?

The link with Elementor information is here: https://pastebin.com/Pk8yd1cj

    Hello zedomingues?,

I hope you’re doing well. I apologize for the delay. Based on our analysis, it seems that the issue is related to the ‘YITH Custom Thank You Page for WooCommerce Premium’ plugin, which is a premium plugin. I recommend reaching out to their support team for assistance in resolving the problem.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Ikbal
