This issue might occur if the main WP Ultimate CSV Importer plugin was removed or disabled without deleting its add-ons. Please try the following steps to resolve this:

• Delete the WP Ultimate CSV Importer plugin and all its add-ons.
• Reinstall the plugin and add-ons properly.
• Activate the main plugin first, then activate the add-ons.

Regarding the hierarchy issue, it does sound like the mismatched IDs in the database might be causing this problem. To resolve this, we recommend ensuring that the parent-child relationships are explicitly defined using the parent>child>grandchild format in the CSV. This helps the importer correctly establish the hierarchy during the process. For the XML import issue, we apologize for the inconvenience. The endless running import after 18 entries is unusual and definitely something we take seriously. Our team has addressed several XML-related bugs in the latest version. Could you please try upgrading to the newest version and running the import again?
