WP Ultimate CSV Importer Free plugin lets you import the HTML content into the post_content section in WordPress. If you need a sample csv file for your use-case, install the WP Ultimate Exporter Free plugin. Manually save a post with your post_content data, and export the same with export functionality. Check the sample post_content available in the exported file, and prepare your csv file in the same way before importing. Doing this will help you to import the content with HTML tags in the correct way.

To import the featured images, enable the media handling section and choose the radio-button field “use existing images if already available”, and try the import. It will work fine for you.
