In reply to: [MaxiCharts] ChartJS OptionsHi,
Managed to do this by adding additional strings into maxicharts.php
May be worth for future versions to increase the options around ticks etc.
Thanks

In reply to: [GDPR] Updates Version IssuesAh, Fixed it. Although the quotes were correct in the text tab of the editor – the WYSIWYG was changing them to the other quotes. Corrected and now working.
Thanks

In reply to: [GDPR] Updates Version IssuesThanks for adding the cookie shortcode – sadly it doesn’t seem t be working as expected.
The button text is showing the first quote mark – So I’ve set text=”Manage Cookies” and the button shows “Manage
Also, the box to manage cookies does not appear when you click the button. The darker screen background appears but nothing else.
Great work on this so far by the way.

In reply to: [GDPR] Updates Version IssuesAwesome. Thanks for the fix.
Is there a shortcode to re-open the cookie preferences window?
One last question – is there a way to change the title ‘product’ to ‘category’? I notice that you can’t set up departments so was wondering if ticket category could be used instead?
Hello Julian,
Thanks – the plugin you suggested fixes the issue of not being able to submit a ticket.
The headers already sent issue also occurs with the twenty fifteen and twenty fourteen theme, not just with the one I’m using.
There are no other plugins enabled other than user role manager and awesome support.
Hello Julian
Thanks for the fast reply.
This would dive been my normal course of action but awesome support is the only plugin active. The theme is is very specific in what it does. There may be other plugins used but if they are they will be coded into the theme files.
There is also the issue of not being able to submit a ticket because of the roles. If you could let me know if there is anything else I can try – if not I will ask the theme developer.
Thanks again
P.S Just wondering of this has something to do with the roles on the site. The theme and site doesn’t use the standard WordPress roles.
I’ve also just noticed that on trying to submit a ticket it shows an error of:
You do not have the capacity to open a new ticket.
Again, I guess linked to the roles. How can this be corrected?
