As for the conflict test, I created a staging website

But I used to see the errors in WooCommerce > status > logs > Fatal Errors

But now I cannot see that section, so I cannot decide

I switched to the default theme, the issue still persists

I don’t think the issue is related to any other plugin.

Checking WooCommerce > status > Logs, found these fatal errors:

Now I cannot contact hosting provider to help me with this (Microsoft Azure and I am new using it) since I am not subscribed to their technical support plans. So will doing this step you mentioned help? can you please help me with a tutorial video or step by step process in order to do it without having any data loss since it includes removing and replacing sensitive files .
