Sorry for not getting back to you sooner too.

We keep running into problems with Fonts needing to be preloaded on various projects.

We do have Version 2.6.1 now installed.

Under SETTINGS > AUTOPTIMIZE > EXTRA > “Preload specific requests (advanced users)”

….we added the URL of the font to be preloaded…we did not find that Google Page Speed Test changed.

Probably something else that we need to do?

You helped me through my questions via email and the last question was in regards to a plugin called “Email Subscribers”.

In this case the feature was blocked for “Contributor” role as intended…however…the link remained when a Contributor was logged in on the WP Admin left side menu.

For now you had provided a quick fix to add to the functions.php file, which worked.

Unfortunatley, this doesn’t help us. We have no intention of buying another domain name to suit the needs of the developers of The Events Calendar.

Yoast seems to handle dev or staging sites just fine by having them acknowledged as such.

We have always used dev.(domain) or staging.(domain) sub-domains for this purpose….AND…we additionally set the option in settings that search engines are disallowed from indexing the site.

I mean…what business has a live website at dev.(domain) or staging.(domain) This solution of buying another domain is useless and doesn’t even make sense…especially when other developers seem to have simpler solutions.

Sorry…have to agree to disagree on this solution. These guys need to go back to the drawing board.

Ok…the Thank You page is an option to continue the flow of activities.

They still need to register someplace though so they have a username and password to login. Sounds like we’ll need to send them to a registration page from the Thank You page. Make sense?

If we look at the process flow from someone going to a Product page, making a purchase through (Woocommerce in our case), at what point after this are you suggesting someone is registering to login to Learn Dash?

Ok…I believe I understand what you are suggesting. Let me confirm and hopefully, this will help others too.

If we go to…SETTINGS > {SNAP} Social Networks Auto Poster > Select the Social Account > Post Text Format…the HTML code to add the featured image would look like this.

Correct, while Blogger does not have a “featured image” option, my question is can your plugin take the WordPress featured image and include it as a standard image within the body of the blogger post…ideally in the very beginning.

So when the WordPress post is sent to Blogger, the featured image of the WordPress post would go to Blogger as an image at the top.

Hope I’m able to explain this correct.

Well, as you can imagine…have spending over an hour on this and submitting the support thread…I found another thread to help answer my question.

This issue was definitely having to do with the “Import To” being empty. Basically, a GROUP was not created. I’ve never had to manually create a group before with this plugin so this was certainly new.

I came across this when I tried to enter a Redirect manually and got an error for an invalid group.

The solution came in this thread.

Once the Group was created, the HTACCESS upload went over smoothly and the “Import To” had the group.

While this is great to find a solution, considering we’ve been using this plugin for years, I can’t help but wonder why did this GROUP issue come up to begin with.
