duzenbury, I had the same issue. Seems my problem was that I had the download page as a child to another page. When I removed the parent-child relationship, that fixed it.
Of course, now I’m trying to figure out why it doesn’t (or won’t) work as a child page. I set the endpoint to be the child page, but nothing.
