I’ve tried to install manually, tried 3.71, tried 3.61, scripted install, you name it. It won’t load themes, plug-ins, nor RSS feeds.
Still get these same errors and haven’t seen a thread anywhere that points to a solution for this problem.
The only headway, if you want to call it that, was disabling security temporarily in .htaccess so that update.php was wide open, but then the interface blew up… so I think it has more to do with mod_security than anything else because I’m on 3 different hosts, and 2 work and 1 doesn’t.
