LouisHi @karthik471,
Thanks for letting us know about this! Could you confirm if are updated to the most recent version of the free plugin (?2.2.1)? Also, please let me know if you’re seeing this error on the front-end on a page with the feed added, on the backend while editing a feed, or both.
We’ll investigate this issue further.
Thanks!
LouisHi @juicedjuiced14,
Great news and thanks for the update! I’m glad to hear you resolved the problem by adding the feed to the page via shortcode. If you ever need any other assistance, please let us know.
Best regards,
LouisHi @juicedjuiced14,
Thanks for the update. This is most likely still related to a conflict with the site’s theme or possibly with other plugins installed on the site. I would suggest temporarily switching to one of the out-of-the-box WordPress themes and temporarily disabling all other plugins, and checking if the feed displays normally like this. The Troubleshooting Mode of the Health Check plugin makes this type of testing easier and only affect the logged-in administrator, while regular visitors to the site won’t see any change.
Best regards,
LouisHi @juicedjuiced14,
Thank you for contacting us! It appears that a CSS file from a plugin that is part of your site’s theme is applying custom CSS rules to the Instagram feed and overriding its normal styling.
This is the file: https://www.pizzaniria.it/wp-content/plugins/marcello-core/assets/css/marcello-core.min.css?ver=6.5.4
Here is a screenshot of some of the CSS rules in this file that are affecting the styling of the feed, including the size and shape of the images: https://a.supportally.com/i/6581Ji
I would suggest reaching out to the author of the theme/plugin to see if they can update or remove these CSS rules.
I hope this helps!
Best regards,
LouisHi @tyaty1,
