Hi @nikolas7gr,
Thank you for contacting us!
This error typically occurs when you switch from a staging to a live environment or migrate your site, causing the site URL to differ from the registration token, which is unique for each domain.
To resolve this issue, I recommend clearing the plugin cache. This will reset the connection and allow the Access Token to be re-encrypted. To do this, navigate to TikTok Feed > Settings > Feeds > Caching, and click the “Clear All Caches” button. After that, try reconnecting the account again.
Please let me know if you have any other questions, and I’ll be happy to help.
Best regards,
Hi @amandafisher21,
Please try updating the source by following these steps:
- Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > Settings
> remove the connected account(s) by clicking the red trash icon. - Click the Save Settings button.
- Click the Add Source button, then click the blue Connect button and go through the connection process again. When sent to Facebook, you may need to click the Edit Settings (reference) button to review your connection settings and make sure all pages you manage are selected and all permissions.
- For any existing feed or legacy feed, go to the specific feed options > Settings > Sources and select the newly connected source.
- Once your source has been added, click the Save Changes button.
I hope this was helpful.
Best regards,

Hi @sallymoos,
Thank you for contacting us! Unfortunately, the feeds can not be searched via WordPress search feature and we don’t have any workaround for it yet. However, the feeds’ text can be crawled by search engines which can help with SEO.
If you have additional questions, kindly send us a support request using the form on our website here.
Thanks! ??
