They get a completion page once submitted – they cannot get historical submission data at this time.

That usually is indicative of not having your Permalinks set correctly.

Try using Filter Options (Upper Right Corner) sort by Category seems to work well.

Job details – as far as what is displayed is controlled via short-code modifications to “Display Settings”

You then complete your normal Job Posting via Job Manager: Jobs List
and when the job is posted only the first “200” characters will display followed by a “more” tag. When the More Link is clicked the entire Job Posting will then display.

You cannot send emails to the Applicant; The feature for Interviews is to enable sharing of interview and applicant data with another recruiter or hiring manager.

1. You have to first “Enable Interview Scheduling” on Admin Setting page
2. Need to have a few applicants to enable the visibility of the Interview
3. Need to set a date time of interview within the applicant.
-> Applications
-> View Details
-> Interviews Section (Set New Interview / Date / Time
4. Send Email (Applicant Data) to another person via (Share Application) Email

abandoned. I had to take on a FT opportunity for HC for my family. Now trying to get back up to speed so I can get an update out. Also looking for some dev support.

That said. The vulnerability referenced is a KNOWN “ism” with WP in general and applies to anything posted in the Media Directory. We have a fix that moves all the csv files to a protected directory. Been away from the code for some time and it needs to be tested. I don’t have a date for this at present.

This issue for email is well documented within the forums. This is NOT a JM issue. 99.99% of the time it’s related to your hosting provider and how they manage the WP SMTP.

That means that the issue lies most likely with your web hosting provider.

You have several option in this case depending on the circumstances, and what email host you are using to receive your emails?

We use wpMandrill or SendGrid Mailer plugins and there are several SMTP plugins for WordPress, we used to use Postman SMTP Mailer but it’s presently removed from the rpository – hopefully it will be added back soon.

Job Manager was not meant to be just a job posting board. It’s more in the realm of ATM (Applicant Tracking System). To answer quite simply NO this not meant for Employers to post jobs. The job Requirements details would be posted by the recruiter in the back-end.

That last field is normal. Try a very basic form with no more than say 6 fields on a test server if you have available. Then add another field. You might also try disabling all other plugins to see if it is conflict with another plugin.

JM= jobmanager – this is not WP-job-manager thats a different plugin.

You’re either on the wrong plugin forum or you have modified the plugin. There is no folder name in JM called wp-job-manager nor assets.
