The webhook was received successfully.

I’ve had a few orders today continue to get the same error, Instrument declined. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

This needs to be actioned asap, in the meantime I’m disabling PayPal

I’ve opted for MailerLite as a fix, they load the latest photos using a CDN on their end and check for updates on the origin’s host

This can also be a red flag if you’re using retention rules, failed orders are deleted after X about of time. By the time the issue is flagged, the order is deleted.

The failed orders remain in a failed state even after the payment is successful

I’m using New Arrivals, I think that’s where the issue comes up the most as it treats the variables all as new

Yes, that would be great because I’m assuming the guest user tracking would be null?

I currently run the site on a very high powered server ($3k/month) resources aren’t an issue. But a better-optmised plugin would be great.

I’ve sent an email to you on the 8th of January to the [email protected] email with further information.

The issue isn’t regarding the backend/admin refund process. The plugin utilises the frontend My Account page to display an action for users to initiate a return request. A modal appears which I believe is using the same or conflicting javascript IDs/classes as Zip’s more info card.

Please get in touch with Sky Verge if you’re needing further information on how the plugin operates.

No errors are appearing in my log or console. Let me know if you see otherwise.
