In appearance click on customize and then Click on “Website text” option.

There you will find the name of place and phone number which u wanted to change.

Change it. Then, Save and Publish.

You can change the logo from inside WordPress dashboard itself. no need for CSS.

Please Follow the following steps:

Please check whether in apperance > customise > Static frontpage. there a static page is being selected and the desired page is selected as static page.

May be theme template is having some problems thats why the menu is not coming.
