Disregard… Hostgator Tech Support was able to assist me. They had to adjust the php version being used by my theme. Now I can see everything again!

Disregard… The calendar plugin works like a champ as long as you have the full-width layout chosen. The plugin still does not work with the Boxed layout.

Thanks for the respons. I played around with it a bit and your advice works for hiding a forum but I want to hide the entire forum page until login. So a visitor to the site would not even know there was a forum until registering. Is there a way to set a page to only be viewable upon login? Thanks.

Thanks for your response. I should have been more clear. I meant the main image in the header but with your advice I was able to locate it and change it! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction for the picture change.

Any advice as to how to format the columns? I will be able to wipe my hands of this project if I can figure it out. That double sidebar takes up too much room and makes everything look cluttered. I wish I could do the sidebar-main-sidebar format but I will settle for the single sidebar look like in this persons site (https://www.selfign.co.uk/cd_music/). Any help would be appreciated!

I see how that would work but after googling I can only see where that is being used to change specific text. I want to hide one or two single pages. I have looked in page template and so forth but it would change all of them. Sorry if this should be an obvious fix but I am a newbie. I am using a Director theme by WP Themes Planet, running the current version of wordpress. Thanks!

Will this allow me to set certain pages to only show after login? That is all I want to do. I afraid to just DL that particular plugin and play around with it based on the complaints about the difficulty to remove it. Thanks.

Found a different set of code that removed the “comments are closed” text from the pages. That was all I was looking to delete. It was right where it should have been… in the comments.php. I didn’t originally see that php. Everything is exactly like I want it now. Thanks for all your help! Will mark as resolved!
