I also made a step further. Found out with Firefox that on the second page, the connection is denoted: “keep-alive, close”. Also found this useful link:

This setting is what I have in .htaccess under /public_html.

Im not using mapped domains. Its multisite where both sites are installed under public_html and sharing the same wp folders. Maybe some other idea?

Thank’s for the comment. I checked .htaccess and keep-alive is turned on, so home come that according to webpagetest.org the other site has keep-alive switched? Is there any way to debug this issue?

Well, if WPML disabled, the load time of WP Statistics remains the same, which is good. It’s also good that visitors info are gathered after shutdown function.

But the point is that when I activate back WPML, which is unfortunately a must for me, with activated WP statistics, the WPML load increases for about 100% and thence also the load of my webpage. I hope you have opportunity to try these combination of plugins yourself..

Thanks kindly for the tip! It worked after disabling plugins… not only via admin network but also disabling it manually by changing plugins dir.

I did as instructed and the problem was successfully solved. In order to see whether the problem will reappear I installed Wordference again and the problem was reappeared. What could be explanation or solution to the problem?

Thank you for the suggestion! I have tried it via Chrome, Mozzila and Chromium. I also opened: “admin-ajax.php?… ” and it’s completely blank:https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3319454/WF4.JPG. I also tried to deactivate and then also deleted and re-installed the plugin and the same problem reappears in both cases. Any suggestions kindly welcome.
